Why am I having trouble tracking my shipped order?

All Bowtastic Boutique products are shipped USPS.  Your tracking info may read "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" If your tracking info reads this, this means your package has been processed, and is now at USPS.  USPS does not have up to minute tracking info so it may read this message up until it reaches your city.  This message does not mean your package has not been mailed. Once your package reaches your city it will state so and then go on to be delivered and will show Delivered at your shipping address.

Will you send an order confirmation?

Absolutely!  We want our costumers to be able to track the entire process.  We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.  It will include your order number, shipping information, and products ordered.  If you have questions about your order confirmation, contact customerservice{at}bowtasticboutique.com

Do you offer International Orders?

Yes, we will ship packages internationally and overseas; however, we are not responsible for any taxes charged by your import authority.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our items are HAND MADE and are MADE TO ORDER. We give attention and detail to every single bow we make; on occasion there may be delays in completing orders.  Generally, all hair bow orders take 2-10 days to make and ship out; however, we can never predict when we will have a surge in orders.  Thank you for your understanding.  

How do you ship your items?

All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority-Mail. They are carefully wrapped in tissue, and shipped in a sturdy box using a poly mailer. It's like getting a gift in the mail!
